Ceramic birdbath with traditional blue glazed Chinese pattern. This bird bath is not only very pretty it is functional too. Bird baths will provide them with somewhere to bathe, keep their feathers clean, as well as providing them with a source of water. Place on a garden table or patio wall.

The bird on this bath is detachable to ensure it gets to you safely and is designed to sit inside a hole on the rim located using a peg in the base of the bird. Due to the manufacturing processes involved, this is not designed to be a tight fit.

A simple wooden bird box made from FSC cedar wood to blend with the garden/wildlife area. It has a double lined roof for extra insulation.

The size of the hole on the front of the nest box can be altered to encourage different species of bird - the small 32mm hole is for the tit family or you can remove the front panel to reveal a larger hole (80mm x 92mm) suitable for robins, wrens and wagtails.

We commissioned this sturdy bird bath based on an old design we had seen, but couldn’t find anywhere.

The bath is made in resin, but has a traditional lead-like appearance. The underneath of the bowl has a beautiful leaf pattern to make the bird bath even more special.

Deep enough for blackbirds to bathe, place if possible, near to a window and enjoy watching the birds bathing.

To secure the post to the ground, a post holder is required of the type used in fences, but this is not supplied. Post holders are easily available in versions to either push into the ground or fix onto a flat base such as concrete or decking. The best and well thought out multi-fuctional bird houses we have found. Both a bird table and a nesting box in one, it is extremely well made and will give years of pleasure. Designed by ornithological experts, these handcrafted products are designed, so that in the Spring, the house can be used as a bird nesting box and in the Autumn and Winter, it becomes a bird feeder. The feed container has a 2 litre capacity, with feed chutes which prevents the feed being blown on the ground and a narrow base plate to encourage smaller garden birds. The house can be easily mounted on a post with the screws and screw plate supplied, however the post is not supplied. Any 45 x 45mm post is all that is required.
The size of the hole on the front of the nesting box is 32mm.
