Worm aims to plug hole in market

New ranges from the The Worm that Turned focus on a real gap in the market - greetings cards for boys - both big and little!

Max is a range of contemporary birthday cards for young boys. It’s about the things boys are really into. The images used reflect their interests: Football, extreme sports (boarding, blading, biking) , as well as computers, motors and music. 4 cards feature computerised graphics, whilst others feature Max himself, a chirpy spiky haired little chappy, he’s always in his football kit. The range comprises 15 cards, 120mm square and all printed in bright, loud hexachrome colours. rsp £1.20

Man Thing is a range of 12 cards for ‘big boys’. Computer generated images for the 25+ real man, focusing on drinking, sport, ‘boys toys’, sport, women and sport. Nothing new in that you may say, but the difference is in the images. Bang up to date, very well thought out, and very well received by men and women alike. Embossed detail and translucent coloured envelopes in lime, mango and turquoise highlight the cards. The cards are 150mm square - “size does count!” says Heather Isbister Design Director of The Worm. rsp £1.95
