Now here's some honesty; We don't deliver everything ourselves :)
Most of our orders are despatched using Royal Mail or via courier (usually DHL) so what follows is subject to the good people in those organisations doing everything just right. It's easy to have a go at delivery people, but if you can just imagine the size of the Christmas parcel mountain, then you can imagine the difficulty as we approach the final days leading up to Christmas. Inevitably there will be parcels that do not arrive, but we will be doing everything possible to make sure they do.
With this in mind, the last day we will be shipping orders with the intention of getting them there for Christmas is December 22nd, unless you live in Nottinghamshire where we will take orders up until December 23rd.
Therefore we would like all orders to be placed by Monday December 21st please. This gives us a fighting chance, although if you are happy to risk it then we''l do our best with all orders placed up until 23rd.

If you've placed an order with us around this time you should hear from us with 48 hours with our plans for delivery. Please don't call to check unless you've checked your email, as the people taking your calls are the people working on your orders, so email if you are panicking and we'll try and get back to you within 2 hours with an update.
Orders placed on or after December 24th will not be processed until 27th December.
