Mizuna is really a member of the brassica family but this spicy Japanese leaf can but both used in salads or grown and cooked in stir-fries or steamed like broccoli. For use in salads treat it as an alternative to Rocket.
Sow Spring and Summer as required.
Sow thinly directly into warm soil.
Thin out as necessary.
