Dill is an easy to grow. herb to grow, it is an annual and will need to be re-sown each Spring. The dried seeds of Dill can used as seasoning or even added to spirits. But of course the fresh leaves are delicious with fish and soups and famously to make Gravadlax.
Dill is a good companion plant in the vegetable garden, especially cucumbers and salads.
