Why store apples in old chest of drawers, when these gorgeous racks can grace your harvest store?
Apple racks are an easy way to keep and store apples through the Autumn. The racks can also be used to store other fruit such as pears, plums etc.

The 5 drawer rack is a great size for those with a couple of apples trees and for those with a larger orchard, the 10 drawer rack gives lots of extra storage space.

The shelves on the apple racks are slatted to allow the air to circulate round the fruit.

The apple racks are best kept in well ventilated places such as a shed, garage or garden outhouse. If the conditions are cool and dark the fruit will store for much longer. Always store unspoilt fruit - remember, one bad apple…

The pine is FSC certified and the racks are delivered fully assembled.

Use the lowest height (no side layers) to propagate seeds or cuttings. When it comes to hardening off and protecting taller plants the Vitopod propagator can be moved outside and more height added with extra side layers.

The small square Vitapod heated propagator is good for small spaces, whilst the large rectangular Vitopod heated propagator alternative is twice the size for a bigger crop. Each size has two versions; a single side layer or a double side layer (each side layer adds an extra 15cm of height). Further extra layers can then be purchased as required.

These heated versions have a temperature range of 5c to 30c which is enough to get the most timid of seeds going. The heating elements run the length and width of the unit thus preventing hot and cold spots.

Each hamper contains a pink suede and leather gardening apron, a pair of the pink leather gauntlets, a pink hand trowel and hand fork, and a packet of borlotti beans. All this is packed in a sturdy wooden fruit crate that any gardener will adore.

A practical wooden potting table in a rustic grey painted finish with large zinc inner trough.
