This herb dryer is an easy and effective way to dry herbs - especially ones which drop their leaves easily such as thyme, sage or the more delicate herbs such as basil. We have also tested and found the herb dryer great for drying chilli peppers. When they have dried, it is always best to store the herbs in air tight containers to preserve their flavours.
The herb dryer is made from salvaged wood and the 3 drying sheets are made from unbleached cotton. It comes flat packed and is easy to assemble.
It would make an unusual but practical gift for any keen cook or gardener with a herb patch.
