With so much fakery out there these days (can you still believe Blue Peter?!) it's easy to be cynical.
To be honest we've always looked at 'customer comments' posted on other websites and taken them with a pinch of salt, but as we grow our business it's been really really heartening to get kind comments from customers who have appreciated our service.
Since July 2013 we've started collecting reviews of our service and products via an independent customer review site called Feefo, click the logo above to see the reviews there.
Before Feefo we didn't solicit comments, so when they came it really lifted our day. Now with Feefo we get them all the time! Flattering and Thank you - we won't let them go to our heads and with this new service we should know about if it does.

I am just writing to say thank you. I ordered a wire lady’s torso for a friend’s birthday last week, over the phone, and you kindly were able to delivery it the next day to Somerset when I was there. It went down very well and she was really pleased with it. Everybody enjoyed guessing what it might be.
I found your web site one of the easiest to use and have it now stored on favourites to browse through for myself and other gifts. The Christmas section looks particularly interesting.

Its a rare thing these days to receive good customer service in the UK, so I wanted to say thank you for providing me with an outstanding service.
I very recently came across your company purely by chance (via Google) and purchased a garden clock for my parents as a ruby anniversay present. I found your website to be professional and easy to use, but above all I was impressed by your prompt delivery of the clock and the hand written gift card that accompanied it. The clock by the way was a resounding success.

I phoned my order through (from Australia) and spoke to a lovely lady who was polite and thorough with my order, I was not kept waiting at all. I really could not let this order pass without writing to you.
I have bought many many items via the Internet from a variety of companies - the obscure 'unheard' of to the large well known 'High Street' chains. I ordered 'Percy Pig' from you last week and was so delighted with the product, ordered another this week and I have to commend you, your company surpasses all others I have dealt with.
You have been a pleasure to deal with (not that I have had to have any dealings with you!). Your communication was incredible and I have received several emails from you and also from D.P.D - I knew my order had been received, I knew my order had been dispatched for delivery, I knew my order was being delivered between 14.30 and 15.30 today and it was (14.50 I think) and in probably the best packaging I have ever received.
You are a very professional, extremely organised and efficient company and I couldn't recommend you more highly. You and D.P.D. must have a very good working relationship and my praise must also be passed on to them..... No sooner had my order been delivered by a very polite 'driver', I received an email telling me it had been delivered! Quite extraordinary.
I hope to deal with you again in the near future..... ha I want 'Percy Pig' for myself instead of having to give him away as a present!!!
