Nothing says celebrating a new monarch like Coronation Chicken, and nothing brings the family together better than a barbecue. So to combine the two, we looked for a recipe that brings together the beautiful flavours of coronation chicken and the hearty goodness of barbecue.

To this end, we found a delicious recipe from the Great British Food Awards that hits the spot. By cooking on your very own Kadai fire bowl, you get a taste of the combination of Indian Street food and British Celebration that Coronation Chicken is all about!
