We want you to be completely satisfied, but given the extremely varied nature of the items we sell, there unfortunately isn't one set of return instructions we can give, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, check out the information on our returns page.

Our outdoor furniture and lighting customer services team are normally available on the phone or by email: 9.30am -5.30pm Weekdays and Saturday 11am-4pm Sundays, however this can vary so there is more information below.
