The Swan at Southrop
We had the wonderful privilege of working with The Swan to create a new outdoor furniture scheme. The Swan is situated in the Southrop Manor Estate in Gloucestershire, an enclosed collection of restored historic buildings that form a peaceful hamlet environment, a kind of ‘village within a village'. Stop off at this cosy pub for leisurely lunch or a pint during a long country road trip, or even go for dinner during a stay at the hotel. The beautifully presented food is highly recommended.
A Personalised Service
At The Worm that Turned we are pleased to offer a design advice to our customers. The Swan presented us with a brief and a list of Fermob items which they had been considering, to which we responded with a furniture scheme made up of mood boards and CGIs to give The Swan a good idea of how their selected pieces and colours could fit together. We also provided physical colour samples so they could get a better idea of the different colour options Fermob has to offer.
We provided furniture schemes for two outdoor spaces at The Swan; a clean-line and functional Fermob Luxembourg collection for the main outdoor dining area, and a more romantic scheme for an intimate dining area made up of Fermob 1900 chairs and Romane tables (pictured below). We also supplied special order parasols to go with the Luxembourg tables and chairs. Please contact us if you are interested in these parasols.
Fermob Luxembourg Range
The Fermob Luxembourg range is designed by Frédéric Sofia as a reinterpretation of the furniture at Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris. The Luxembourg range is light, robust and extremely practical as it is stackable and easy to clean, with a functional and very comfortable design. The gorgeous Linen and Storm Grey colours seen here are but 2 of 24 colours to choose from. Please do get in touch if you are interested in the Luxembourg range!
Visit The Swan
We also provided furniture for Thyme, of which The Swan is a part. See our work with gorgeous Thyme Hotel and Spa here, or visit Thyme's home page. You can also browse through our other case studies here
