Our friendly customer service team is on hand during shop opening hours to answer any queries or problems you may have with your account or order. If you wish, we can also create wish lists for you with suggestions from a on-trend colour selection of furniture for yourself or your client to for what you might want to buy a favourite aunt for her birthday. Just call 0345 6052505 (charged at local call rates) and any of our shop based team can assist. If a product is stocked in the shop we can even get in front of one to describe it in more detail or any detailed questions. In time, we hope to use social media to stream live Q&A's on products too.
With a Free Worm Garden Party account you can create unlimited wish lists to share with your clients, friends or just for your own personal planning. Look out for the 'add to wishlist' button next to every product and you can add it to an existing wish list or create a new one. You can give every wish list a name and the stock status and price of each item will be updated in real time. Learn more about wish lists here.
With your Worm Account, we'll give you a heads up when our Sales start and show you exclusive 'Garden Party' offers and preview invitations.

Access all your previous order history for easy and accurate re-orders. You can also see the progress of your current orders and depending on the courier, track their delivery. You can easily check if previously ordered items are still available and order them direct from you account without having to look up the receipt.
All previous delivery addresses are stored with your account details and will be accessible when you checkout, saving time and the effort of remembering Aunt Samantha's or Uncle Steve's postcode.
Every time you place an order for a new delivery address we'll save that too and we'll even remember addresses from when before you set up the account (provided you used the same email address). You can be sure that your address details will be safe with us!
