These fabulous knee length socks are ribbed with an in-built padded sole and hand linked toe seams, for extra comfort. They are lightweight and warm, and provide a great layer of high performance insulation. They are as soft as cashmere to wear, but built to last. You certainly get what you pay for with these socks. The biggest bonus is that they can be worn for a week and still stay fresh and soft. Alpaca fibre repels odour and bacteria. They are machine washable on a 40° wool cycle - none of this handwashing twaddle!
