Hang from a balcony rail, or side of a large planter, or even a garden bench arm if you don't have a suitable rail.
The pots don't have drainage holes, making it easy to pop a plant in. If you struggle to maintain plants on your balcony, try faux lavender plants for a realistic effect without the effort.
If drainage holes are required, these can be easily knocked into the base.
