This lovely large traditional styled pavilion gazebo is the ideal spot for summer entertaining or just sitting in and relaxing with friends.
There are 3 solid back panels for shelter and privacy, two side panels with open trellis work, just perfect for supporting climbing plants such as soft clematis or fragrant honeysuckles. There are two low level balustrade sections to the front, to give some finishing detail.
The pavillion comes with an integral floor and five benches, which can be fixed around the inside of the pavilion if required.
The soft wood has been planed to give a smooth finish.
The roof is of wooden tongue and groove construction.
The footprint of this pavilion is 312 x 230cm.
The pavilion has been pressure treated and have a 15 year guarantee. The colour will fade over time to a honey brown. However if you wish to stain the structure in your own colours this should be done immediately following manufacturer's instructions.
The Burford pavilion is supplied with comprehensive instructions and fixings, assembly will take approximately 8 hours.

Items which are designed to be in ground contact are pressure impregnated with Osmose Naturewood preservative*, an effective method used to preserve wood against fungal decay and insect attack.
