This lovely large traditional styled pavilion gazebo is the ideal spot for summer entertaining or just sitting in and relaxing with friends.
There are 3 solid back panels for shelter and privacy, two side panels with open trellis work, just perfect for supporting climbing plants such as soft clematis or fragrant honeysuckles. There are two low level balustrade sections to the front, to give some finishing detail.
The pavillion comes with an integral floor and five benches, which can be fixed around the inside of the pavilion if required.
The soft wood has been planed to give a smooth finish.
The roof is of wooden tongue and groove construction.

The footprint of this pavilion is 312 x 230cm.
The pavilion has been pressure treated and have a 15 year guarantee. The colour will fade over time to a honey brown. However if you wish to stain the structure in your own colours this should be done immediately following manufacturer's instructions.
The Burford pavilion is supplied with comprehensive instructions and fixings, assembly will take approximately 8 hours.
If you like the style of the Burford pavilion but require something smaller, the Burford gazebo, and Burford half arbour is also available.

Items which are designed to be in ground contact are pressure impregnated with Osmose Naturewood preservative*, an effective method used to preserve wood against fungal decay and insect attack.
Please note however we are unable to offer delivery or assembly of this item to addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Chanel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight and other areas outside UK mainland.
*Osmose is a trusted name in wood preservation and supplies preservative products to a worldwide market. A decorative dye is added to the preservative process to ensure every piece of timber is coloured and preserved in one operation. Osmose Naturewood is a timber preservative which contains copper and an organic co-biocide (3% copper and quat with approx. 97% water, approx. 0.8% Dye and Mouldicide (0.1 %)
