This wooden prodder is the right tool when you need to move burning wood around inside the oven, helping to manage the burn and regulate temperature. It is also useful to move your pizza around once in the oven. The Delivita prodder is handmade of natural beech, and is specially designed for the Delivita Wood Fired Oven.
As it is made of wood, it is best not to leave the prodder in the oven!
