Wood Fire Plancha on Stand
Plancha cooking gives a fresh take on alfresco entertaining, the flat steel plancha surrounds the central kadai bowl. On the flat steel plate you can cook and sear meats, fish and vegetables with a minimal amount of oil. The plancha slopes inwards so any excess oil or fat drains back into the kadai. Simply toss your ingredients onto the hot surface, let them sizzle, then move to a cooler spot to keep warm or finish cooking gently. Finish with a just a drizzle of olive oil, or a squeeze of lemon ... simple, fresh, and seriously delicious.
