These purple stringless French beans are around 15cm long and turn green when cooked. They have excellent flavour. The plants have wonderful purple flowers and look dramatic in the veggie plot or allotment as well as a back of border edible. The dark purple colour also makes the beans easy to harvest against the green foliage and as climbers they are more productive and less affected by slugs and snails.
