The Hot Wok Double Burner Outdoor 10kW Gas Stove is the perfect piece of alfresco cooking equipment, it allows you to wok and sear at the same time on the double 10kW burners.

The high heat delivered by the gas burner will ensure your food is cooked quickly and evenly to a professional standard, and will give your food a beautiful and crispy surface.
There are 3 brass valves on the front of each stove so you have full control of the heat, and the stove stands on cast iron legs to allow for that extra little bit of height to support the 10kW power.
Use the Hot Wok to deliver not only delicious stir-fries and Asian cuisine, but if you use the grill and griddle pan accessory you can cook fabulous seared steaks and using the paella pan accessory you can perfect your paellas ... the list is endless. You can even boil a large pot of water for boiling larger ingredients, or even start a microbrewery!
The Hot Wok is compatible with the reversible grill pan, 30cm Wok and paella pan for perfect all round cooking.
Suitable to cook for more than 8 people at a time and gives you a much more professional level of heat.
(To understand the difference between the kW on a Hot Wok, a standard induction or ceramic stove is normally 2.2-2.4kW , where as this Hot Wok stoves are 10kW. This this gives you a really high level of power to stir fry, grill, griddle or boil, very similar to a professional kitchen.)
