The European Accessories Guarantee
Like its furniture, Fermob accessories (cushions, etc.) are designed to last, based on a careful selection of materials. They are covered by the statutory European guarantee.
• Acrylic textiles and PVC are guaranteed against UV, wear and tear, mould and tearing.
• Reticulated foam filling is guaranteed against mould.
• Metal accessories are covered by the same guarantee terms and exclusions as items of Fermob furniture.
• Deterioration caused by failure to observe storage and maintenance instructions is not covered by the guarantee.
This guarantee is limited to reimbursement (with application of a reduction) or replacement of the product, and applies only upon presentation of the purchase receipt (cash register slip or purchase invoice).
