Each one has a real wax outer in soft ivory and a warm white LED flame that flickers like the real thing. With no naked flame, the set is at home on a mantelpiece, hearth, bookshelf or windowsill. Turn the candles on with the remote control, and the six-hour timer switches them off at the end of the evening.
They're for indoor use, and look just as good long after the Christmas decorations come down.
